Cell phones have been developed to the point that they can do much more than just make calls. May can do email, web browsing, music playing, videos, photos, and other media. This guide will help you get the most from your phone.

Get a cell phone. One with a QWERTY keyboard is optimal if you are a heavy emailer or texter. A larger screen will also help for pics and vids. Bluetooth is essential for transfers of media from phone to computer and back.

Find things on your computer that you want to take with you, like music or videos. Convert them to files that you phone recognizes. To find what formats your phone takes, google your phone file types.

Using a bluetooth connection on your computer, send the files to your phone. Use a USB bluetooth adapter if you computer does not have a built in chip.
