Get your cellphone out of the toilet

Turn your cellphone off.

Dry every part of the cell you can

This includes battery and inside if possible.

Get a bag, preferably a freezer safe bag

Lock all the air out.

Put the bag into the fridge.

Take the bag out after three hours have passed.

Reassemble your cell, and turn it on.
